BM Hospitality runs PG accommodation and the Hotel Fortune guest house in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. This policy covers this website and the forms in our Google ads.

What we collect

• Enquiries and bookings: your name, phone number, chosen property and room, number of guests, dates, length of stay, and any message you add.
• Forms in our Google ads: the name and phone number you enter, which Google passes on to us.
• Service tickets: your name, phone number, property, room number and the issue you report.
• Payments: our staff record the amount and how you paid. This website does not ask for card, bank or UPI details.
• Ad visits: if you reach us through a Google ad, the click reference in the link.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry, confirm your stay and contact you about it.
• To manage bookings, check-ins, payments and service requests.
• To understand which of our ads lead to enquiries and bookings.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to host this website, deliver our email and run our bookings, and your details pass through them for that purpose. They include:

• Google provides the Sheets that hold our enquiries and bookings, and Google Ads.
• WhatsApp receives what you send if you choose to message us there.

Google Ads and cookies

This website uses the Google tag to measure our ads. It can set cookies and tells Google when a form on this website is completed, along with a booking reference. We do not send your name, phone number or message from our website forms to Google Ads.

Your browser also keeps a few things on your device: your display settings, your recent enquiries, and the ad click reference for up to 90 days. Our fonts and some images load from other providers, who can see your IP address.

Visitors from the EEA, UK and Switzerland start with Google's consent settings turned off, and we do not store their ad click reference with their enquiry.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry or stay, and to meet our legal and accounting duties.
